Yield: 4-8 servings

Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1 cup chopped vegetables (try broccoli, red peppers, spinach, mushrooms)

1 cup grated or sliced cheese (try mozzarella, cheddar, pepper jack)

8 oz of turkey pepperoni, chicken, or ham

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash vegetables. Chop into small pieces.
  3. Grate or slice cheese.
  4. Separate dough into 8 triangles. 

For each crescent triangle:

  1. Place 1-2 tbsp of vegetables in the center
  2. Place 1-2 tbsp cheese on top of vegetables. 
  3. Top with 1 oz meat if using. 
  4. Roll each crescent, ending at tip of triangle. Place with tips down on baking sheet.
  5. Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
