Yield: 4-8 servings
Ingredients
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1 cup chopped vegetables (try broccoli, red peppers, spinach, mushrooms)
1 cup grated or sliced cheese (try mozzarella, cheddar, pepper jack)
8 oz of turkey pepperoni, chicken, or ham
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F. Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash vegetables. Chop into small pieces.
- Grate or slice cheese.
- Separate dough into 8 triangles.
For each crescent triangle:
- Place 1-2 tbsp of vegetables in the center.
- Place 1-2 tbsp cheese on top of vegetables.
- Top with 1 oz meat if using.
- Roll each crescent, ending at tip of triangle. Place with tips down on baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
