We’re setting a new standard of care in our city: care that is sensitive and culturally competent, delivered to patients with respect and dignity. Our community health centers empower individuals with access not just to medicine, but to nutrition, mental health resources, and community connection – regardless of their ability to pay.

Near North Health Centers are located in federally designated Health Professional and/or Health Services Shortage Areas for primary care, mental health, and/or dental services. Our communities are home to African American, Latinx, and other racial/ethnic groups who suffer from health disparities such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, HIV, depression, tobacco use, infant mortality, and low birth rate.
