Ingredients

1 large handful raw greens like spinach or kale (about 1 cup)

1 cup berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry etc.)

½ medium banana 

1 Tbs. peanut butter 

1 cup milk or milk substitute like unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little water for a thinner smoothie
  3. Enjoy!
