Ingredients

1 sandwich thin (you can also try a pita pocket or English muffin)

2 Tablespoons whipped cream cheese

Garden Salad: 

½ cup chopped vegetables (try tomato, cucumber, green onion, bell peppers or whatever else you like!) 

1 Tablespoon lemon juice 

Optional: Sprinkle on some spices you like! (cayenne pepper makes it spicy)

Fruit Salad:

½ cup chopped fruit (try grapes, apples, strawberries, blueberries, pears or whatever else you like!) 

½ Tablespoon lemon juice 

Optional: Sprinkle on some cinnamon if you like it!

Instructions

  1. Spit sandwich thin into two and spread 1 tablespoon of whipped cream cheese (or regular cream cheese) onto each side 
  2. For Garden Salad simply mix all chopped veggies together in a bowl and add lemon juice and spices if you want them. 
  3. For Fruit Salad mix all the chopped fruit together in a bowl and add lemon juice and cinnamon. 
  4. Place ½ cup of each salad on the bread with cream cheese. 
  5. Eat the Garden Salad Pizza first and then the Fruit Salad Pizza. Enjoy!
