Yield: 4 to 6, ½ cup servings
Ingredients
4 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ cup, raw walnuts halved or chopped
½ cup almond meal
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup olive oil
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Peel apples and chop into medium sized cubes
- Place fruit in 8×8 glass baking dish or bread loaf pan
- Mix oats, walnuts, almond meal, maple syrup, olive oil and salt in bowl
- Pour oat mixture on top of fruit
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until fruit is bubbling and topping is crisp and golden
