Yield: Approx. 28 tablespoons or 1 and ¾ cup

Ingredients

3/4 cup natural almond butter

3/4 cup plain or vanilla almond milk, unsweetened

1 Tbsp pure maple syrup

1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste

Instructions

  1. In a blender add almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
  2. Store in the fridge in a sealed container. Makes 1 ¾ cups.
  3. Serve with fruit, vegetables, oats, or crackers.
