FSHCAA FTCA Deemed Status

Near North Health (NNH) receives funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and has Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.

The health centers are supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of HHS as part of a 330 Grant award totaling $7,799,457.00.

In addition to this award, Near North Health receives funding from other governmental and non-governmental sources to support its programs and operations.
