Early Intervention Services (EIS) is Near North Health’s dedicated program for HIV care, treatment, and prevention.

What we offer:

  • Medical Care – HIV primary care, check-ups, lab work, and medication. Same-day starts.
  • Dental – preventive and restorative dental services.
  • Mental Health – individual and group counseling for the challenges of everyday life.
  • Nutrition – personalized nutrition guidance to help you feel your best.
  • Patient Navigator – a dedicated person who helps you get connected to care, stay in care, and work through barriers.
  • Support Services – rides to appointments, housing help, legal services, translation, and insurance navigation.
  • Protection — no questions asked. Free condoms are available at every visit.
  • STI testing and treatment – fast and confidential.

The Ryan White Program

This is a federal program specifically for people living with HIV. It may cover your medical visits, dental care, mental health support, medications, and more — at little or no cost.

Women, Infants, Children & Youth (WICY)

Our WICY program is built for women living with HIV, their babies, and children and young people. Family care is not one-size-fits-all.

Preventing HIV

PrEP is a powerful option. PrEP is a pill — or injection — that HIV-negative people take to prevent HIV infection. When taken as prescribed, PrEP is about 99% effective.
