Some Near North Health patients may be impacted by a cyber incident involving Aesto – a third-party vendor that was responsible for assisting in a patient data migration project. We were recently informed that between December 2, 2025 and December 18, 2025, an unauthorized party accessed certain information maintained by Aesto.

We are now in the process of notifying patients who had information affected during Aesto’s cyber incident, which impacted a significant number of health care providers across the country. We want to emphasize that this notification relates specifically to Aesto’s incident and does not affect Near North Health’s systems or network security.
