Over the next few months, our smaller clinics will relocate to become part of our larger health centers. By combining our resources, we’re able to expand services, extend hours, and bring you even more comprehensive, compassionate care.

If you’ve been seen at another Near North site—like Denny, Sunnyside, Landau, Cottage View, or Komed—your care will transition seamlessly to one of three core locations listed above. Your care team and medical records will move with you, and be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

Our goal is to keep your care consistent and familiar. You’ll continue seeing many of the same providers and care teams you know and trust, and if any changes do affect your care team, we’ll help you choose another trusted provider.

We hope the new co-located services in our Core Locations will make it even easier to get the care you need, when and where you want it.

Oakwood Shores is a newer, modern facility designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. It offers the same primary and specialty care for adults and kids that you’ve come to know and trust, plus expanded services like mammography & ultrasound. Oakwood Shores will also offer extended morning, evening and weekend hours.
