Better health for you. For your family. For all of us.

For over 50 years,  Near North Health has been working to make sure every person, in every Chicago zip code, has access to healthcare that’s innovative, affordable, and in their neighborhood.

No matter where you come from, what you look like, or how long it’s been since you last saw a doctor – you’re welcome here. And we’re committed to making sure you get the care you deserve.

We’re here for you. And the community.

We’re setting a new standard of care in our city: care that is sensitive and culturally competent, delivered to patients with respect and dignity. Our community health centers empower individuals with access not just to medicine, but to nutrition, mental health resources, and community connection – regardless of their ability to pay.

Near North Health Centers are located in federally designated Health Professional and/or Health Services Shortage Areas for primary care, mental health, and/or dental services. Our communities are home to African American, Latinx, and other racial/ethnic groups who suffer from health disparities such as diabetes, heart disease, asthma, HIV, depression, tobacco use, infant mortality, and low birth rate.

Dignity isn’t a privilege – it’s a human right.

You deserve equitable and inclusive healthcare, whatever your age, identity, or income. Our team will treat you with respect and compassion that sees you as a whole person. We call this holistic care.

Care that listens closely. Care that you can trust.

Come into the office or get support by phone.

We’re here for you. ALL of you.

Fueled by compassion. Shaped by community. Driven by purpose.

I’ve been taking my grandson here since he was a baby. The doctor has always put him at ease when he was scared. She is wonderful and listens to his stories and concerns.

The doctor gave me a blood pressure at home kit. No doctors before her cared about my high blood pressure. She may have saved my life by initiating management of my hypertension.

My doctor calmed my fears about my health risks by explaining in language that was easy for me to understand. She gave a clear message and benefits to follow up with the test results.

I am usually not relaxed to see any Dr., but this doctor made my visit very pleasant. That changed my mind, and I will see him soon and more frequently as possible.

The doctor didn’t act like she was above me. Kept me involved in my care and suggested great ways for preventative care. She let me know what I was doing right and what needed to improve.

My doctor demonstrates patience and understanding. She is never judgmental, and she worked around a very busy work schedule. She’s amazing.

Join us at our
next local event.

Over the years, we’ve learned that strong communities are the key to a thriving city. That’s why we offer, and support, a wide range of community events. And you’re invited!

When we work and live alongside our patients, we’re able to make sure the care we give improves health, well-being, and safety in the ways that matter most.

Together, we’re building a better Chicago. One with more equity, more compassion, more health, more hope, and a stronger sense of community.
